RETURN POLICY
Lusso By Lisa LLC does not offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final, and products are sold as is. All items sold on our site are 100% authentic. All consignment items are authenticated by Entrupy. We take great care in accurately describing each item, including any flaws or imperfections, and providing detailed photographs. We encourage our customers to review the item description and photos carefully before making a purchase.
In the unlikely event that an item is not as described or is found to be inauthentic, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase.
SHIPPING POLICY
At Lusso By Lisa LLC, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless and hassle-free shipping experience. We offer worldwide shipping, with shipping rates calculated based on the size and weight of the item(s) being shipped and the destination. We use reliable and reputable shipping carriers to ensure your order is delivered in a timely and secure manner.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and estimated delivery time. Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days of being placed. If there are any delays or issues with your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.
DOMESTIC ORDERS
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS. We offer standard shipping (1 to 5 business days depending on the location in relation to or main offices in New Jersey) and expedited shipping (2-Day, which is 2 business days regardless of location). We do not currently offer overnight shipping. If you require an item before a specific date, please contact us so that we can ensure timely delivery. In the event of an oversized or overweight package, we may choose a different shipping carrier. We reserve the right to use other shipping companies and delivery services.
Please ensure that the shipping address is accurate when checking out, as we are only able to ship to the address provided. Please note that we do not verify shipping addresses. We are not responsible for shipping delays or loss caused by an incorrect shipping address. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We recommend double-checking the shipping address before placing an order to avoid any issues with delivery. If you realize that you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately so that we can make the necessary corrections. However, please note that we cannot guarantee that we will be able to update the shipping address once the order has been processed. We are not liable for any shipping delays or loss resulting from an incorrect shipping address.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders are shipped with DHL. The cost of shipping will be calculated at check via DHL or related shipping service. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED/IGNORED AND/OR IF THE CARRIER CLASSIFIES AS UNABLE TO DELIVER SHIPMENTS.
For international orders, please note that you are responsible for paying import duties, taxes, and/or customs fees upon arrival in your country. These fees are not included in the price of your order and are the responsibility of the customer. Lusso By Lisa LLC is not responsible for any additional charges incurred during customs clearance, nor for any delays caused by customs.
Please be aware that international shipments may take longer to arrive than domestic shipments and may be subject to additional customs processing times.
All items are shipped with their full declared value, and Lusso By Lisa LLC is not responsible for any customs hold or confiscation of items due to local laws and regulations.
EXPEDITED ORDERS
Shipping can be upgraded or expedited at Buyer's expense. If Buyer wishes to expedite the shipping of the product, Buyer shall notify Seller of such request and shall be responsible for any additional costs associated with such expedited shipping. Seller shall use commercially reasonable efforts to facilitate Buyer's request for expedited shipping but shall not be liable for any delay or failure to meet the expedited shipping timeframe. Buyer acknowledges that expedited shipping may not be available for all products and may be subject to additional restrictions or limitations. Seller reserves the right to refuse any request for expedited shipping at its sole discretion.
INSURANCE
Packages can be insured at Buyer's expense. If Buyer wishes to insure the package, Buyer shall notify Seller of such request and shall be responsible for any additional costs associated with such insurance. Seller shall use commercially reasonable efforts to facilitate Buyer's request for insurance, but shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or delay in delivery of the package. Buyer acknowledges that insurance may not be available for all products and may be subject to additional restrictions or limitations. Seller reserves the right to refuse any request for insurance at its sole discretion. If the package is lost or damaged during shipment, Buyer shall make a claim with the carrier and shall not hold Seller liable for any damages.
RISK OF LOSS
Once Lusso By Lisa LLC has released the merchandise to the shipping company, the risk of loss associated with the goods is transferred to the buyer. This means that Lusso By Lisa LLC is no longer responsible for any loss or damage to the merchandise that occurs during transit. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the goods are properly insured and protected during shipping, and to file any claims with the shipping company if necessary. Lusso By Lisa LLC will provide any necessary documentation or assistance in the event of a claim, but ultimately it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that their merchandise is protected during transit.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Lusso By Lisa LLC is not liable for any damages or losses that occur during shipping, including but not limited to damage to the merchandise, lost or stolen items, or shipping delays. Once the merchandise has been released to the shipping company, any claims related to shipping or lost items must be filed directly with the carrier. Lusso By Lisa LLC will provide any necessary documentation or assistance in the event of a claim, but ultimately it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that their merchandise is protected during transit. In addition, Lusso By Lisa LLC is not liable for any liquidated damages related to the merchandise, including but not limited to lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other economic damages. The buyer assumes all responsibility and liability for any such damages that may arise, and Lusso By Lisa LLC will not be held liable for any claims or damages arising from such incidents.
